The Houston office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Appellate Practice.  

The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of substantial experience briefing federal or state appeals. Admission to the State Bar of Texas is required. This role will work in collaboration with other accomplished appellate attorneys to produce high quality advocacy.

The attorneys in Lewis Brisbois’ national appellate practice also represent clients in federal and state courts throughout the United States, including the United States Supreme Court. Members of the appellate group also serve as embedded appellate counsel at trials, prepare pretrial and post-trial motions, and assist trial counsel with various forms of other briefing. The appellate practice group follows a “no walls” philosophy that provides opportunities to assist on matters throughout the United States.
