The offices of Lewis Brisbois are seeking a Credit & Collections Manager with legal experience. The Credit & Collections Manager assists senior management with implementing strategies to improve productivity and success rates of outstanding days within the AR cycle. This position will consult with management and/or appropriate staff on complex collections and deduction situations that require extraordinary efforts to resolve; coach/mentor supervisors and team members to ensure professional development and success; coordinate, collaborate and consult with billing attorneys, staff and other department heads to ensure smooth and efficient department. Resolve disputes/issues/concerns that arise on an ad hoc basis between staff and others. Observe/monitor interactions between staff and others to ensure staff complies with the firm’s policies and regulations. Supervise, coach and evaluate the performance of the team, provide guidance and training as see fit.
