Overview

The Seattle, WA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice.

 

The ideal candidate will have one (1) to five (5) years of experience in a growing real estate litigation practice, with a focus on landlord-tenant law. Candidates must be well-organized, capable of managing a large caseload with minimal supervision, and possess strong writing skills. Familiarity with motion practice and the rules of evidence is a plus. Successful applicants will quickly gain experience advising clients, drafting pleadings, and appearing in court. Admission to the Washington Bar is required.

 

Lewis Brisbois’ Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice includes attorneys who regularly handle state and federal litigation, including appeals and regulatory proceedings, for local, national, and international clients, as well as federal, state, and local agencies. Our attorneys are licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, state and federal trial and appellate courts, and various administrative and regulatory bodies.
