Overview

The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Leave of Absence Administrator to support all levels of the firm across entire firm landscape, providing clear guidance, proactive communication, and high-touch service throughout the leave life-cycle.

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the Firm’s primary liaison for all leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with policies and clear communication to employees and managers.
  • Coordinate daily with the third‑party leave administrator to initiate, track, and resolve leave cases, escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate leave records and documentation.
  • Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Legal/Talent Operations to align leave dates, pay adjustments, benefits continuation, and timekeeping impacts.
  • Support communication, education, and processes related to leave, including onboarding/offboarding tasks, FAQs, policy updates, and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Salary

USD $75,000.00/Yr.
