Lewis Brisbois, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of antitrust experience to join our growing Antitrust & Competition Practice in Washington, DC.
Our Antitrust & Competition team represents businesses in complex antitrust litigation, government investigations, and regulatory matters arising under federal and state competition laws. We defend clients in high-stakes civil litigation involving allegations of price-fixing, bid-rigging, monopolization, market allocation, exclusionary conduct, supply restrictions, and other competition-related claims. We also advise clients on antitrust compliance, regulatory issues, and government inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling antitrust litigation matters, including all phases of complex civil litigation, from case development and motion practice through discovery, expert coordination, and trial preparation. Experience defending price-fixing, cartel, monopolization, bid-rigging, or other competition-related claims is strongly preferred. Experience responding to government investigations and enforcement actions is also desirable.
Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience managing complex matters in a collaborative team environment. Judicial clerkship experience, deposition experience, and experience appearing before federal courts or administrative agencies are a plus.
