The Reno, NV office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Temporary (with potential for permanent placement) paralegal with litigation experience. This position is expected to be for a duration of ten (10) months based on a 37.50 hour work week. The primary duties of this position include working for a minimum of (4) attorneys, calendaring, document management including but not limited to review, creation, and organization. In addition, compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation are essential functions of this role.

Job Specifications/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements. 
• At least three (3) years of litigation work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Strong Excel skills required
• Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
• This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
